The practice of following ones inspiration is full of surprise, wonder, curiosity and adventure; it promotes vitality. Mariposa Day Spa a peaceful sanctuary for self renewal, was sparked from my inspiration to create a peaceful place to pause and allow oneself to be on the receiving end while experiencing rejuvenation.

As a practitioner of balanced living, I happily engage in yoga, meditation, dance, gardening, writing, preparing yummy meals and cherished time with family and friends.

As a licensed Esthetician, Reiki Practitioner and Self Reflection Facilitaor, I continue to explore with amazement the variety of ways we can touch one another's lives, while making meaningful contributions and enhancing our personal stories.

When I first discovered massage therapy, it was like a light coming on for me, a personal way in which I might be able to transform lives and give to others. I have found massage therapy to be a way to facilitate a combination of physical, mental, and spiritual healing.

Being a massage therapist has been a path of growth for me over the last 20 years. I have found that, as I give a massage, I find an inner peace that I hope is passed on to my clients in a healing manner.

Massage is more than an occupation for me....It is a way of caring and giving.
