As a Master Reiki practitioner, Catherine trained in the Usui Shiki Ryoho system and honors and upholds the principles and precepts that Reiki is founded upon.

During treatment sessions, the energetic work of Reiki and Catherine's gift of intuition and discernment are employed to guide and assist clients to achieve a more balanced joyful life.
